Privacy Policy — MatchFrame Analytics QuickBooks Customer Sync

This application is an internal tool built and used solely by MatchFrame Analytics ("we", "us") to synchronize our own QuickBooks Online customer list into an internal Google Sheet for operational use. It is not distributed to, or used by, any third party or other QuickBooks company.
What data we access
We connect to our own QuickBooks Online company via Intuit's Accounting API, using OAuth 2.0 authorization that we grant to ourselves. The only data retrieved is the list of active customer names on our own account.
How we use it
Customer names are written directly into a private, access-restricted Google Sheet owned by MatchFrame Analytics, where they are used to populate a dropdown selection list for internal business operations. No other use is made of this data.
Data sharing
We do not share, sell, or transmit this data to any third party. Data flows only between QuickBooks Online, this application (running on our own infrastructure), and our own private Google Sheet.
Data retention
The application does not retain a separate copy of customer data beyond what is written to the Google Sheet, which we control and can edit or delete at any time. OAuth credentials used to connect to QuickBooks are stored locally and are not accessible to any third party.
Your control
Because this application only ever connects to our own QuickBooks company, access can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online under Settings > Connected Apps.
